1. Scope
This Service & Refund Policy explains the general approach GoMax AutoGeneration takes to payments, cancellations, and refund requests for professional software services. It is not a universal promise of a refund and does not replace the commercial terms agreed for a specific project.
The signed or otherwise accepted proposal, order, statement of work, milestone plan, support agreement, marketplace order, or other written engagement terms control the payment and refund rules for that engagement.
2. No direct website checkout
GoMax AutoGeneration does not currently sell software projects, subscriptions, or digital products through an automated checkout on https://gomaxautogeneration.com. Submitting a project inquiry does not charge you and does not create a paid engagement.
Payment instructions are provided only after the parties agree on the applicable scope and commercial terms, or through an authorized marketplace or payment platform used for the engagement.
3. Project deposits, milestones, and invoices
Professional software work may be priced as a fixed project, milestone engagement, time-based service, consultation, support plan, retainer, or another model described in writing before payment.
- An advance payment or deposit may reserve engineering capacity and authorize work to begin.
- Milestone payments may become due when the milestone conditions stated in the engagement terms are reached.
- Time-based or support work may be invoiced for time, capacity, or services already provided.
- Third-party costs may be charged separately or paid directly by the client, depending on the engagement.
4. Cancellation by a client
A client who wants to pause or cancel an engagement should notify GoMax AutoGeneration as soon as possible using the communication channel used for the project. We will review the project status, completed work, committed engineering capacity, outstanding invoices, approved third-party expenses, and the applicable written agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically erase payment obligations for work already performed, accepted milestones, reserved capacity where the agreement makes it chargeable, or non-recoverable third-party costs.
5. Refund requests
Refund eligibility is determined case by case under the engagement terms and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, the amount may reflect work already completed, deliverables already provided, time already spent, agreed cancellation charges, non-refundable platform or payment fees where legally permitted, and non-recoverable third-party expenses.
Payments allocated to completed or accepted work are generally not refundable unless the applicable agreement, marketplace rule, payment-platform rule, or mandatory law provides otherwise. A payment for work that has not started may be treated differently when the written engagement terms allow cancellation and refund before commencement.
6. Third-party and platform charges
App Store, Google Play, cloud hosting, domain, API, SMS, maps, AI model, certificate, licensing, advertising, marketplace, payment-processor, or other third-party charges are subject to the third party's own rules. GoMax AutoGeneration cannot guarantee a refund of charges paid to or retained by a third party.
For work purchased through a marketplace such as Fiverr or Upwork, the marketplace's payment, cancellation, dispute, and refund rules also apply and may control the transaction process.
7. Recurring support or maintenance
If a client purchases a recurring support, maintenance, hosting, or engineering-capacity plan, the renewal, notice period, included services, cancellation date, unused capacity treatment, and refund terms will be stated in the applicable order or service agreement. This website does not currently create or automatically renew such a subscription by itself.
8. Delivery concerns and disputes
If you believe an invoice, milestone, delivery, or payment has been handled incorrectly, contact us promptly with the project reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the relevant scope, communications, deliverables, approvals, and payment record in good faith.
Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this general Service & Refund Policy for future engagements. Changes do not retroactively replace a refund or payment term already agreed in a signed or otherwise binding client agreement unless the parties expressly agree to the change.
10. Contact
For a payment, cancellation, or refund question, contact hello@gomaxautogeneration.com and include the relevant project, order, invoice, or marketplace reference.
