What should I include in my project brief?
Share the product goal, target users, required platforms, current stage, important features, preferred timeline, and an approximate budget range. A rough brief is enough for the first conversation.
Can GoMax AutoGeneration work with an existing product or codebase?
Yes. We can review an existing Flutter, Next.js, FastAPI, backend, SaaS, GPS, or AI product and help with fixes, performance, new features, architecture, deployment, or long-term support.
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes. GoMax AutoGeneration collaborates remotely with clients worldwide and can align communication, meetings, milestones, and delivery around the client’s time zone.
How soon will I receive an estimate?
We normally respond within one business day. A useful estimate is prepared after reviewing the scope and clarifying the main technical and delivery requirements.
How are project milestones and payments handled?
Before development begins, we agree on the scope, milestones, deliverables, timeline, communication process, and payment schedule. Larger projects can be divided into practical phases so progress and approvals remain clear.
How are source code, credentials, and product ownership handed over?
Repository access, source code, deployment credentials, documentation, and final ownership are defined in the project agreement. The handover process is completed according to the approved scope, milestones, and any third-party license requirements.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Ongoing support can include monitoring, bug fixes, updates, performance improvements, store releases, server maintenance, and planned feature development.
Will my project information remain confidential?
Yes. Project details are used only to evaluate and deliver the requested work. An NDA can also be arranged when the project requires a formal confidentiality agreement.
